The Pennsylvania legislature recently passed the Whole-Home Repairs Act, which will create a new program designed to assist residents and landlords preserve older homes while creating jobs. The program promises to positively impact housing, energy use, jobs and community safety across the state. Join State Sen. Nikil Saval, author of the legislation, in a discussion about how the program will work, who will benefit and why it’s an important step forward for housing preservation in the Commonwealth.
