President and founder of Philly Office Retail, Ken Weinstein is widely admired and respected in the city’s business, civic, and real estate development circles. His work as a preservation-minded developer is well known, as is his role as founder of Jump Start Germantown, a community development program that mentors, networks, and provides funding to aspiring real estate developers. Ken currently serves as Board Chair of the Philadelphia Housing Development Corporation and Chair of the Mt. Airy Business Improvement District, which he co-founded in 2007.
